Timeline

• Applications open: 12 January 2026 at 9:00. 

• Applications close: 19 January 2026 at 9:00. 

• Applicants notified of outcome: 6 February 2026. 

• Project delivery commences from: 1 March 2026, depending on team availability. 

• Project end: no later than 31 October 2026. 

These timelines may be subject to change. An agreed, detailed technical project scope, signed collaboration agreement and completed subsidy control documentation is required prior to project commencement. Project commencement is also dependent on material lead times and facility availability. Therefore, some projects will start after 1 March 2026.
