Solar Semi QS S 300 Spin Coater
The Solar Semi Spin Coater is used for photo resist coating. This tool has manual substrate load and can handle 6inch round and 8inch square substrates.
The tool has two pump dispenses, one hotplate and is complimented by the solar semi spin developer.
