CESI 8000 Plus
The CESI 8000 plus uses capillary electrophoresis for the separation and quantification of biologics.
A voltage, vacuum or pressure can be applied to a capillary to separate out the components of a sample. Several modes of electrophoresis can be performed ranging from Capillary gel electrophoresis (CGE) to Capillary isoelectric focussing (cIEF). We have two detection modules available at CPI: Ultraviolet (UV) or Laser Induced Fluorescence (LIF) for use depending on the application.
Custom made assays can be developed, or for more routine analysis, kits can be used including:

- ssDNA kit
- dsDNA kit
