After working in private equity, corporate finance and wealth management, Peter joined CPI Enterprises to address the clear market need for impactful investment.

Peter has significant experience in the financial industry with the vast majority in private equity. He is responsible for new private equity investments across the UK and has overall responsibility for all aspects of the business including strategy, client management and business development.

Since moving to the North East with Maven Capital Partners, he has a track record of developing creative deal structures and leading teams of advisors through the investment process. Peter has led and worked on a number of the most successful transactions in the region during his tenure, including that of Pragmatic.

Peter holds an MSc in Finance from Warwick Business School and a first-class degree in Mathematics with Finance from The University of Liverpool. He also holds a Diploma in Corporate Finance.

Away from the office, Peter enjoys working on his fitness at the gym, spending time with family and friends, and is a keen follower of Manchester United.
