Lucy is an Investor Relationships Manager at CPI Enterprises, based in London, focusing on engaging with SMEs and investors in the deep tech innovation community to facilitate investment and partnerships.
Lucy holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from the Francis Crick Institute, where her research focused on early HIV replication. Lucy has also worked across industry, venture capital, and technology transfer. Lucy was a scientist at Boehringer Ingelheim using high-throughput mass spectrometry, and worked in an immuno-oncology start up environment. She gained experience at Octopus Ventures and was a LifeArc Knowledge Transfer Fellow 2024-2025.
In her spare time, Lucy is part of the Science Entrepreneur Club, helping to build communities within the life science ecosystem.
