Developing a Compelling Customer Value Proposition (Wednesday 15th October 12 – 1.30pm)

Delivering Value to your Customer (Thursday 16th October 12.1.30pm)

A framework to develop compelling customer value proposition, this session focuses on customer value proposition (Recap), key activities and processes, key resources and key partners.

Do you have a high-growth potential mindset? (Monday 27th October 12 – 1.30pm)

Understanding systems thinking and how it can be used as a mindset to assist in unlocking your business potential
to strive for high growth.

Medical Device Regulatory (Wednesday 29th October 12 – 1.30pm)

This session introduces key regulations for both UK and EU and highlights some of the differences, both for
Medical Devices as well as IVDs (including software). Key players will be introduced, but the main focus is on the legal manufacturers’ responsibilities. After a short presentation there is an opportunity for an extended Q&A session to answer (where possible) specific questions you might have.

Bids How-To Workshop (Thursday 30th October 12 – 1.30pm)

Overview of the grant funding process and tips for preparing successful applications tailored to your business needs to improve the chance of success.

Effective Profit Maximisation (Tuesday 4th November 12 – 1.30pm)

Learn how contribution analysis can help you get the most from your products and services. This session shows you how to focus resources where they matter most and avoid the trap of simply sweating the assets.”

Winning Margin Workshop - 3rd December

To use a manufacturing simulation exercise to develop participants’ understanding in the following areas:

• The effect of short-term and long-term decisions on the whole company

• The effect of NetZero/​Sustainability investment decisions on profitability

• Interpretation of financial reports – key performance indicators

• Profit vs Cash – cash management

• Why running a business efficiently & productively may not always produce the best results

• Investment in new equipment/​techniques and the true effect on the business.

Help identify and understand the relationship between these topics and strategic/​operational decisions to help clients move forward in their manufacturing journey.

Please note the Winning Margin workshop (optional) is an in-person workshop and it is held at WMG (Warwick Manufacturing Group) within the University of Warwick on Wednesday 3rd of December 8.30am-5pm.
