We are pleased to announce the release of The Centre for Process Innovation’s (CPI) 2013 Annual Report, which highlights the significant growth made by the centre since we opened for business in 2004.

Our initial workforce of a few core people has multiplied to nearly 200 employees in the last decade and seen CPI increase its revenue to £15 million. Moreover, our assets have grown from naught to £55 million in this time.

Employee Growth

We are committed to the evolution, sustainability and growth of the British manufacturing sector and have completed more than 350 public and private sector projects, with a total value in excess of £300 million. Furthermore, we have assisted over 2,000 companies and organisations globally, including SMEs, universities and large corporations. Chief Executive, Nigel Perry said: We are exceptionally proud of what CPI has managed to achieve in such a short space of time and our annual report identifies some of our primary achievements over the past year.

CPI is playing a crucial in supporting the evolution of the manufacturing industry, and the many diverse sectors it shapes in the North East and beyond.”
