Celebrating 10 Years of CPI’s National Formulation Centre

Join us as we celebrate 10 years of CPI’s National Formulation Centre, recognising a decade of innovation, industry collaboration and impact in formulation science and technology.

Over the past decade, the National Formulation Centre has played a key role in helping businesses develop, optimise and scale up innovative formulated products, supporting advancements across industries including energy storage, pharmaceuticals, consumer products and advanced materials.

As we mark this milestone, we'll reflect on the successes and partnerships that have shaped the Centre's journey, while looking ahead to the next chapter of formulation innovation.

Bringing together leaders from industry, academia and government, the event will explore how the UK's strengths in formulation can help tackle some of industry's most pressing challenges, from developing PFAS-free alternatives and advancing battery technologies to improving material recyclability and enabling the adoption of bio-based and more sustainable materials.

With a focus on reformulating products for the future, discussions will consider how innovation in materials, processes and manufacturing can support greater resource efficiency, productivity and UK economic growth.
