15th March 2018 - 09:30 - 15:00

We are delighted to invite you to attend the official launch of CPI’s National Formulation Centre. CPI is a UK innovation centre and part of the Government’s High Value Manufacturing Catapult. Established to support the UK process industry, CPI combines state of the art facilities with technical expertise in order to help companies overcome innovation challenges.

Formulation at CPI

At CPI our formulation facilities are flexible, allowing us to support the design of manufacturing processes for a range of formulated products, including powders, liquids, solids and polymer systems.

Utilising our industrially relevant expertise in process development we can enable a smooth transition through the value chain from ingredient through to formulated product from bench to pilot scale.

Our extensive characterisation and analytical capability, and industry trained operators and scientists enable companies to fully understand the nature of their product and process. We can help businesses explore product applications with associated mechanical and performance testing, ensuring consistent product quality is delivered across scales and from batch to batch.

CPI has brought together sophisticated equipment alongside industry experts in key technology areas related to formulation, including:

  • Nano materials
  • Complex solids
  • Liquids
  • High throughput formulation and characterisation
