Game Changing Technologies for the Bioeconomy
As part of the Government’s business activity around the Milan Expo last year, the Agri-Tech Organisation pioneered an event looking at how technologies developed in other sectors such as aerospace, life sciences, robotics and space could transfer to agriculture.
The premise for the event was that the challenges for the agricultural sector are too great and too many for traditional agriculture to solve on its own. A cross-sector, multi-disciplinary effort is needed to develop the integrated solutions needed for future farms to increase outputs whilst reducing inputs, and becoming more profitable. CPI will have representatives at this event.
