Why this role is important for CPI’s work

Working within CPI’s Design and Digital team you will be responsible for supporting the design and production of engaging brand, print, digital and web collateral for CPI. You will undertake projects from conception to completion, offer creative input, share ideas and insights, and be able to present designs and concepts clearly with well thought out design decisions to clients and stakeholders. The jobholder will support and collaborate with the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects. You must be able to manage multiple design projects at once, delivering them to high standards and agreed deadlines. The role requires versatility, as you will be tasked with creating a wide range of design materials from logos and brand assets to promotional literature, exhibition/​banner stands, infographics, presentations, social media assets and more.

The person we are seeking

We are looking for an individual who has experience designing for print, digital and web, and who has expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud. It is essential you understand print production methods and have the motivation to maintain and improve design standards. You must also have a strong portfolio of work, good time management and multitasking abilities, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Our ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for details, be passionate about design, be eager to learn and improve, and have a problem-solving aptitude. The successful candidate will be educated to HND level or equivalent in a design, media, or art related subject.
