Here we meet Michael Anyadiegwu. Michael loves that CPI provides the opportunity for lifelong learners to be involved in a broad range of projects, take on new challenges, and grow expertise. Find out more about how we enable Michael to excel in his role below.

What do you do at CPI?

At CPI, I’m a Technology and Innovation Officer. Doing this role allows me to learn about the entireity of CPI and how everyone works together to enable the development and furthering of the UK tech industry. I’m also a Technology Transfer Lead, which involves supporting the biologics teams work in partnership with other teams across CPI to enable knowledge and information transfer for project delivery.

What did you do before joining CPI?

Before joining CPI I was a technical project lead within a contract manufacturing organisation (CMO). I helped to develop processes for biologics and new medicines.

Why did you join CPI?

I joined CPI because I felt that in my area of expertise, biologics, there was the potential to take on new challenges and to gain lots of experience. CPI has given me the opportunity to see a very wide range of new medicines and new processes, which is great for a lifelong learner like me. It’s a fantastic environment where people development is really at the forefront.

What do you like about working at CPI?

CPI works across so many technologies. This means I’m always able to learn about biologics, packaging, biotech, formulation, and to really excel in my chosen field. I also really enjoy the fact that I get to meet and work with a wide range of customers and colleagues.
