Organisational Development Director

Jodie is responsible for overseeing our People and IT teams. She is the custodian of our high-performance learning culture and enabling business success through robust technology services. She has a real focus on creating an environment that allows people to excel and technology to be integrated into the way we do things. She also leads the delivery of CPI’s People Plan and IT strategy in line with the organisation’s overall business strategy, covering the entire employee life cycle and she enables the business to run efficiently, securely and innovatively through technology.

Jodie has over 15 years’ experience in the infrastructure industry having originally studied for Batchelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering worked as a project manager for global firm Balfour Beatty focusing on performance improvement alongside change management.

Throughout that time she grew a personal desire for people development and change management and was motivated by the role played by leaders in creating opportunities and space for individuals and the organisation to grow. This resulted in Jodie studying part-time for a Masters degree in Human Resources and progressing to a senior HR position at Balfour Beatty. Jodie now has a wealth of experience in translating corporate strategy into a tangible people and IT plans that addresses the goals of the organisation and the needs of employees within it.

She is motivated by people development and positive change management and drives a focus on people, process and technology.
