Moorfield Sputter System
The Moorfield Sputter System is designed as a flexible research and development tool capable to perform vaccum deposition processes manually or in a semi automated mode.
The system has the capability to run 4, 6 and 8 inch substrates. The tool allows the deposition of materials onto substrates by evaporation and sputtering. Up to four sources can be run.
