Load Locked Sputter System for 12 “ Square Substrates
CPI wishes to purchase a Load Locked Sputter System for installation at the Plastic Electronics Technology Centre in Sedgefield. Accordingly a contract Notice has been posted in the OJEU (Open Journal of the European Union). A Load locked sputter system is required which comprises 3 or more planar DC/RF sputtering targets. The targets should be sized for coating up to 12” square substrate, preferably in a vertical orientation to minimise particulates. Interested parties should review the contract notice and complete and return the attached PQQ in accordance with the instructions to be received no later than 12:00 on 9 June 2008.
