Substrates and Coatings
The Wilton Centre houses a Flexible Electronics Substrate facility. This includes a Class 1000 Clean Room and Reel-to-Reel Vacuum Coater.

Prototyping and Fabrication
PETEC’s core competency will be the fabrication of prototype devices or subsystems using novel printable materials onto flexible substrates.

Displays
PETEC enables the development of novel active matrix backplanes, which can be applied to a variety of display driving requirements.

Photovoltaics
We are pursuing challenging concepts of fabricating large area, roll-to-roll (R2R) photovoltaic cells (PV) on thin plastic substrates.

Lighting
At PETEC OFED development is a key priority area and early working prototypes have already been made in the laboratory.
