Observer: Assistant Chief Executive (Resources), One NorthEast
Malcolm Page is Assistant Chief Executive (Resources) at One North East. Prior to joining One NorthEast he held a number of senior management roles in the finance field.
Malcolm is a Chartered Public Finance Accountant, also holding an MBA. Malcolm’s role is responsible for the planning, co-ordination and control of Agency resources (circa £330m) as well as providing integrated corporate functions including finance, organisation performance management, legal and procurement services and human resources and facilities.
His role also includes responsibility for high risk/complex projects and overall management of the Agency’s Extended Enterprise (Companies, Partnerships and Special Purpose Vehicles attached to the Agency). The role also carries responsibility for the operational management of the new European programme for the region.
He is also a Director of Buildings for Business and a Board member of both Northern Stage and Young Enterprise North East.
